Prep Teams are our middle tier of competitive cheerleading. Evaluations for our Prep Teams for the 2024-2025 season will be the beginning of August with team practices beginning the beginning of September.
Teams are formed based on athlete age, skills, ability level, and maturity as well as experience. At TNT Cheer we accept athletes ages 5-18 and of ALL skill level and ability!
Prep teams will practice once a week for 2 hours beginning in September and going through the end of March/beginning of April 2025. These teams will do 3 competitions in the Midwest beginning in January/February (previous competitions have been in Des Moines, Council Bluffs, Omaha, Minneapolis, Kansas City, etc.).
